Do I have to use the Web Piranha email solution? No, we do not force you to use our email solution. However, you will be responsible for the configuration of your email domain registry an XM settings. Also, Web Piranha will not be responsible or support any email issues you may experience. You can call us for assistance if you require help, however all assistance will be a billable consulting event.

The email solution provides you with the following.

Pass-Through email services. We configure the email server and email server software to provide the simple pass-through email method. When an email is sent to your email address, that email is sent to our email server. When you request the email from your personal computer, PDA or Smart-Phone... That email moves from our email server to your email client and is deleted from our server.

What if I'm not at my computer and I would like to check my email? Web Piranha offers a web enabled solution that will allow you to check your email anywhere in the world. All you will need is access to a computer and to know your username and password. The email will not be downloaded to any computer, PDA or Smart-Phone at that time. Once you are back in your office/home and download your emails, then it will be deleted from the email server.

What if I would like to have my email archieved and not deleted from the server right away? Web Piranha offers another solution for Archiving your email. Web Piranha uses a solution called Reflexions. If you require this solution, please send us an email or call us for further information.

Reflexion Archiving, Discovery and Recovery (RADAR) provides businesses with a complete, searchable email archive that can be accessed at any time, from anywhere on the Internet. RADAR provides email continuity during local email server outages, full email disaster recovery from more severe outages, rapid retrieval of emails that have been misplaced or deleted locally, a searchable knowledgebase of a company’s intellectual property stored in email, and a rapid means of responding to discovery requests for legal proceedings governed by the new Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
